Potentialife/Potentialife Ignite

Purpose: Create sustainably high performing, flourishing leaders who mobilise desired organisational vales and culture.

Duration:  3, 6 or 9-month leadership development behavioural change program (approx. 20-40 mins a week)

Target Individuals/cohorts: Potentialife is utilised within a diverse range of sectors and leadership cohorts, including cohorts of high performers, ELT, Boards, SLT and Divisional leadership groups.

Scalability: High. We have worked with individuals, and groups of all sizes, from 2 or 3, through to over 5,000 in one organisation. We can adapt and scale, with the support of a state-of-the-art web-based platform.

High Level Outline

Potentialife is a revolutionary global leadership effectiveness (peak performance) program created by internationally renowned positive psychology and leadership experts (Dr Tal Ben Shahar and Angus Ridgway).

Over 20,000+ high impact leaders have been transformed on the program to date.  Potentialife brings together the science of ‘peak-performance’, a behavioural nudging/compounding system, and a proprietary technology platform, to enable individuals to successfully practice and ritualise new peak-performance behaviour sets within their daily work context. When deployed at scale, this enables teams and organisations to strengthen their culture to confront the challenges of a rapidly changing world.

Potentialife is utilised within a diverse range of sectors and leadership cohorts, including cohorts of high performers, ELT, Boards, SLT and Divisional leadership groups. The program is scalable, highly personalised and highly impactful at the individual, team and organisational level.

Potentialife includes 3 levels, Leadership of Self, Leadership of Others and Leadership in Life and focuses on the mobilization of ‘SHARP’ behaviours, outlined below.

Relationship Between NGS Global PTY LTD and Potentialife

NGS Global Pty Ltd is the sole Australian distributor for the Potentialife program. NGS Global Pty Ltd operates the Australiasian Potentialife hub and supports all Potentialife activity in this region. All Potential global hubs are integrally connected with one another and with Potentialife’s head office (London) and Potentialife’s founders. Within NGS Global Danielle lead’s the Australasian delivery, support and management of the Potentialife Leadership Behavioural Change Program.
